Lech Poznan have signed former Poland internationals Pawel Wojtala, Adam Majewski and Ariel Jakubowski.

New signings
Both Majewski and Wojtala join the club as Lech prepare to begin their UEFA Cup campaign. The 30-year-old Majewski, who last played for Wisla Plock, has signed a three-year contract with Lech while 31-year-old defender Wojtala, who last played for German side Karlsruher SC, has signed a one-year deal.

Extended loan
Meanwhile midfield player Jakubowski, who has won one cap for Poland, has signed for his new club on a one-year loan from Wisla Plock with Lech having the option of making it a permanent signing at the end of the season.

Absent friends
The three new players will help Lech to make up for the loss of a couple of players since the end of last season. Midfield player Rafal Grzelak has left the club to join newly-promoted MKS Pogon Szczecin while Polish international defender Bartosz Bosacki has joined German side 1. FC Nürnberg.
