The Swedish Under-21 international snapped an ankle ligament and is now likely to miss Strasbourg's Matchday 2 encounter with Trømso IL on 3 November. "He will be out for two to three weeks at least," said the club's chief medical officer François Pietra. Farnerud is targeting the league match against OGC Nice on 19 November for his comeback, five days before they meet AS Roma in Italy.
