- The SBB Inclusive app is designed to help the blind and partially sighted, as well as deaf and hard-of-hearing passengers. It provides location-specific information in all SBB long-distance trains and at all Swiss railway stations and can be prominently displayed or read aloud on a smartphone.
- Most trains have a wheelchair-accessible toilet.

🏟️ Stadium accessibility
All tickets will be delivered on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app. Our ticketing team will provide updates by email in the lead-up to the tournament.
There are two types of accessibility tickets – Wheelchair User and Easy Access. If required, a complimentary companion ticket can be added to your order during the ticket purchase process.
Information on ticket delivery will be communicated in due course via the Women’s EURO tickets FAQs.
If you need to bring any special equipment for medical reasons, please get in touch with UEFA ticketing customer service to request an exemption. This should be done at least 48 hours before the match.
A team of friendly volunteers, proudly sponsored by AXA, will be on-site to assist you with directions and answer any questions.
There will also be dedicated accessibility volunteers at the stadium! You can identify them by their bibs that display an accessibility icon.
Use the entrance stated on your mobile match ticket as these will ensure accessibility needs are met. At Stade de Genève, the north and south entrances are accessible.
ADC will be available in French for all matches in Geneva.
The service will be available on the Women’s EURO app once the tournament starts. So, simply bring your fully charged mobile phone with the app already installed and your own pair of headphones:
• Open the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 app
• Tap on the “More” menu
• Tap on “Audio-descriptive commentary” in the “At the event” section
• Tap on the match you want to listen to (available 15 minutes before kick-off)
• Enjoy!
The service requires only a minimum of mobile data. To recharge your phone during the match, you can bring a small power bank, no larger than your phone.
If you have any questions or issues with audio-descriptive commentary, speak with one of our accessibility volunteers.
If you will be attending the match with an assistance dog, please contact the UEFA ticketing customer service in advance.
There are specific seating locations for fans coming with assistance dogs, which include a more protected area for the dog.
A wheelchair push service will be offered for guests with limited mobility who did not come in their own wheelchair and need help reaching their seats after the security checks.
Please reach out for the accessibility volunteers near the entrances if you require this service.
A limited number of sensory bags equipped with noise cancelling headphones, fidget tools and verbal cue cards will be available for fans at the stadium. If you require a sensory bag, please reach out to one of the accessibility volunteers.
🫶 Please return the bag after the match, so other fans can use in another match and enjoy their experience.
There are a sufficient amount of accessible toilets located close to the accessible seats.
Concessions nearest to accessible seats will have priority lanes for disabled people. If you require any support, please speak to one of the accessibility volunteers.
