Got tickets for UEFA Women's EURO 2025? Congrats - we look forward to seeing you in Switzerland soon!
Now if you don't have it already, download the official UEFA Mobile Tickets app. This is your go-to destination to access your tickets and keep or transfer them to your guests.
⚒️ How it works
Every ticket holder will receive an email with some key instructions:
1. Download the app
2. Log in* with your email address
3. Enter the registration code received via email
That’s it! You’re all set.
*⚠️ Once logged in on one phone, you will not be able to access your tickets from another phone.
Can't see all your tickets?
Don't worry, tickets are sent in stages and you'll receive an email / notification once they're available.
If you've downloaded the app before hearing from us regarding tickets, your tickets won't be visible in the app.
You can always access the tickets you purchased by logging into your UEFA ticketing account and clicking on the “My tickets” tab.

Free matchday travel 🚆
Your match ticket is also your ticket for public transport on matchday!
As a Women’s EURO match ticket holder, you can travel from anywhere in Switzerland to the stadium and back on the day of your match – for free! The offer is valid for the entire Swiss public transport network.
Simply show your mobile match ticket to staff on public transport services if requested. Check our "Travel" page for more information.
💡 Top tips
- As the ticket buyer, make sure you use the same email address as your MyUEFA ticketing account when logging into the UEFA Mobile Ticket App.
- Transfer any additional tickets to your guests by using the “Transfer” button and entering your guest's email addresses.
- If you wish to keep all tickets on your phone, please assign the tickets in the app by using the “Keep” button and enter your guest(s) details (name, passport/ID number etc.). Make sure you and your guests enter the stadium together.
- On matchday, remember to bring your phone and make sure it's fully charged.
🔁 Ticket resale
lf you can no longer attend your match, give other fans the opportunity to go and list your tickets on the official resale platform!
Simply list your tickets from the UEFA Mobile Ticket App or via the resale platform and if they sell, you will be refunded the same price you paid for them.
🤔 FAQs
The QR code will appear the day before your matchday. Until then, you will see "QR code not yet available" on your tickets. That's normal.
Each and every ticket can only be accessed on one mobile phone device. You can't be logged into two devices with the same email address. Once logged in on one phone, you will not be able to access your tickets from another phone. Account sharing is not possible.
