🚨 Stadium rules
Even if you are a regular visitor to Stadion Letzigrund, keep in mind that the stadium may operate differently for UEFA Women's EURO 2025 and rules may be different from what you are used to.
🎒 Bags larger than A4 size won’t be allowed into the stadium.
🔋 You can bring a small power bank, no larger than your phone.
🪪 Make sure you have a valid form of ID on you – only the original will be allowed, rather than copies. You may need to present it at the Ticketing Centre in case you have a problem with your match ticket.
🙅 Remember that professional cameras and cane umbrellas are not permitted inside the stadium. However, you can bring a small, fully collapsible umbrella.
🚭 All Women's EURO 2025 stadiums are smoke-free venues. Therefore smoking, e-cigarettes and heat-not-burn tobacco products are not allowed. Please be considerate of other fans.

🏟️ At the stadium
All tickets will be delivered on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app. For tournament ticketing info, please visit the Women's EURO 2025 ticket FAQs.
You can only enter through the entrance that’s indicated on your ticket.
There will be two Official Fan Shops and two mobile carts inside the stadium where you will be able to stock up on all your favourite Women’s EURO 2025 gear. You’ll have the chance to get everything you need to support your team.
👕 Items: Official match balls, team replica jerseys, t-shirts, headwear, mascot cuddly toy, key rings and pins.
💳 Payment methods: Card and mobile contactless payments only.
All the excitement is sure to work up an appetite - don't worry, the concession stands will you have covered.
🌭 Food: Get ready to feast at the stadium! Enjoy classics like sausage (veal and/or Pork, chicken, schüblig and vegan), burgers (and vegetarian option available), pizza, pinsa, chicken and vegetarian nuggets, fries, kebab, pretzels, popcorn, chocolate bars, crisps, gummy bears and ice cream.
🥤 Soft drinks: Enjoy Pepsi, Pepsi Max, 7UP, still water, sparkling water and Lipton Ice Tea.
🍺 Alcoholic drinks: The range of drinks includes Heineken, Heineken 0,0%, Calanda Radler Citron and Panaché.
💳 Payment methods: You can pay by debit card, credit card or mobile contactless payment. Visa is the preferred payment method; cash payments may not be possible.
The awareness concept, delivered in cooperation with our partner Lidl, serves as an on-site psychological first aid support with direct intervention should you experience any of the below (but not limited to) while in the stadium:
- Sexualised / gender-based violence
- Assaultive behaviour in relation to children
- Discriminatory behaviour based on age, ethnic origin or nationality, gender or gender identity, physical and mental abilities, religion or belief, sexual orientation and social origin
- Panic attacks or other forms of psychological discomfort
- Needs of people with disabilities.
Should you require this service, posters with QR codes will be displayed throughout the stadium for you to scan and the awareness team will immediately come and provide help.

♻️ Food carbon labelling
UEFA and Just Eat Takeaway.com are helping fans make more informed food choices. All items on the menu will be given a carbon rating from A (very low emissions) to E (very high emissions), so you can choose lower-carbon options. Menus are also being adjusted before the tournament to reduce their overall carbon impact.

There is no minimum age to attend the match but everyone must hold a valid match ticket in order to enter the stadium regardless of their age.
Yes, ticket holders under the age of 14 can only enter the stadium with an accompanying adult. Children and any accompanying adult MUST have a valid match ticket.
You may need to show a valid form of ID at the Ticketing Centre if you have a problem with your match ticket.
You can bring flagpoles that are a maximum of 1m long and 1cm in diameter; and banners or flags that are a maximum of 2m x 1.5m.
You may not bring any banners are flags that are banned or carry any forbidden or discriminating symbols that would constitute a criminal offence in Switzerland.
Yes, you can bring sunscreen in soft plastic travel-size bottles (50ml maximum) into the stadium.
If you have lost an item, please approach a nearby steward for assistance. All lost property will be kept at the stadium, and you can contact reception the following day.

Generally, the stadium roof covers all the seats. However, depending on the wind direction, the first seven rows may get wet.
No, Wi-Fi is not available for ticket holders.
You’ll still be allowed to enter the stadium as long as the security situation allows it. However, entrances may close at some point during the game, and you may not be permitted entry. So start your journey well in advance and allow additional time for security checks.
Re-entry is not permitted. If you choose to leave the stadium, you will not be allowed back in.
Baby strollers and pushchairs are not allowed inside the venue.
Smoking is not allowed inside the stadium. This policy includes vaping, e-cigarettes, and heat-not-burn tobacco products.
No food or drink can be brought into the stadium. This also applies to drinks containers and bottles, whether full or empty.
Exception: Food for infants if not in a glass container.
If you need to bring anything for medical reasons, please get in touch with UEFA ticketing customer service to request an exemption. This should be done at least 48 hours before the match.
