Welcome to Poland for the 2025 UEFA European Women’s Under-19 Championship finals. This is a country that lives and breathes football – and one that has proven time and again its ability to host top-level events with excellence and pride. From EURO 2012 to the Europa League and Conference League finals plus the Super Cup, Poland has shown remarkable organisational skills and genuine hospitality over the years.
We are truly grateful to the Polish Football Association and its president, Cezary Kulesza, for once again welcoming Europe’s best with such enthusiasm.
This special tournament is an early chance to shine in a national team jersey in one of the most competitive youth competitions in the world. This is where once-promising youngsters like Vivianne Miedema, Marie-Antoinette Katoto and Olga Carmona took their first steps toward greatness. Congratulations to all the finalists on reaching this stage – you’ve earned your place here. Please enjoy every moment, play with passion, and bring your absolute best. It’s your turn to shine.
Good luck to all the teams and may the best one win!
Cezary Kulesza, PZPN president
I am honoured that this year’s UEFA European Women’s Under-19 Championship will be held in Poland. Hosting this prestigious tournament is a privilege and a source of great pride for us. The Polish Football Association is actively developing and promoting women’s football and I have no doubt that if we persist in our efforts to encourage it, it will soon become the most popular team sport among women in Europe.
I promise that players, coaches, officials and fans from all over the continent will experience unforgettable emotions and fully enjoy the competition between the best youth teams from our continent. Every little detail regarding the organisation of this tournament has been meticulously planned. I am convinced that our pitches will be arenas of inspiration and sporting passion and that this tournament will contribute to the development of women’s football in Poland and Europe alike.
I wish all teams the best of luck and hope they have a wonderful sporting experience.
