At UEFA, we recently updated our login system to make it quicker and safer for you. If you're having issues, check our FAQs below.

I've been logged out. Should I be suspicious?

There's no need to worry. We recently updated our login system to make things easier and more secure for all our users. Everyone has been logged out by default. Just log back in with your existing account to enjoy highlights, games and more!

Why should I log in?

You'll get more out of UEFA's website and apps! Watch highlights, play games like Fantasy Football and Predict Six, personalise your home feed and more.

I can't remember my password

Select "Forgot password" and we'll send you a code to reset your password. Make sure you use the email address you used when you created your account originally.

I can't remember the method I originally used to create my account (e.g. Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, etc).

Try checking your regular email accounts for past emails from UEFA. These might help you identify the correct login email.

I've just created an account, but I want to access my previous profile. How can I do that?

Try to log in via the same method you created your account. For example, if you originally signed up using your email address, then try logging in that way. If you signed up via Google, select "Sign in with Google".

Try contacting support on fantasy@support.uefa.com. Make sure you mention:

The platform you're on (web, Android or iOS)
The app you're using along with the version number if possible
Whether you were trying to log in or sign up
The email address you're using
