The UEFA Control and Disciplinary Body has punished Poland for fielding an ineligible player in their UEFA European Futsal Championship qualifying round match against Finland last Thursday.

Punishment
Barlomie Nawrat took part in the 2-2 draw despite being under a suspension following a red card in a 2008 FIFA Futsal World Cup qualifier against Hungary. As a result, Finland have been awarded a 5-0 win by default and the Polish Football Association has been fined €2,000, with Barlomie now suspended for Friday's game against Azerbaijan.
