Nelisse to leave Alkmaar for Utrecht

News round-up: FC Utrecht have announced the signing of striker Robin Nelisse from Eredivisie rivals AZ Alkmaar.

Feyenoord have agreed a two-year contract with Brazilian defender André Luis Bahia, with the option for a further two years. The 21-year-old joined the Eredivisie side from CR Flamengo during the winter break on a six-month deal, but has impressed coach Ruud Gullit. Feyenoord are also set to sign Egyptian goalkeeper Sherif Ekramy from El-Ahly Ekramy. The 22-year-old is close to accepting a three-year contract, with a two-year extension option. He will initially be loaned to feeder club SC Excelsior to adjust to Dutch football.

Also in the Netherlands, Patrick Zwaanswijk has agreed to join NAC Breda from Japanese J-League side Oita Trinita. The Dutch defender will sign a three-year contract with NAC, citing family reasons for his decision to return to Netherlands after one season in Japan. The 30-year-old was previously with FC Utrecht where played 159 league games, scoring 18 goals.

RC Deportivo La Coruña goalkeeper José Molina will miss the rest of the Primera División season after undergoing surgery on his nose. The 34-year-old broke his nose in a collision with Liverpool FC forward Milan Baroš in a UEFA Champions League game at Anfield on 19 October and is expected to spend four to six weeks recovering.

Belgian First Division side KAA Gent have announced the free-transfer signing of defensive midfielder Jovica Tracjev. The 24-year-old arrives from FK Vardar in his native F.Y.R. Macedonia on a three-year deal. Gent have also agreed a contract extension with goalkeeper Frédéric Herpoel until 2007. The 30-year-old joined the club in 1997 from RSC Anderlecht, becoming a regular member of the Belgium national squad, with seven caps.

LOSC Lille Métropole defender Nicolas Plestan has signed a two-year contract extension, keeping him with the club until 2009. The 23-year-old former AS Monaco FC player has started seven games for the second-placed Ligue 1 team this season, as well as appearing once in the UEFA Cup.

Heart of Midlothian FC assistant coach Donald Park has followed John Robertson out of Tynecastle, leaving the Scottish Premier League club without an experienced management team for Sunday's league fixture against Celtic FC. Park had been expected to stay on in the short term, following Robertson's dismissal on Monday, but captain Steven Pressley and coach John McGlynn will now take charge of the team against Celtic.
