Arif on target
Mircea Lucescu's team were well in control as goals from Arif Erdem and Hasan Sas completed a much-needed win to move the Istanbul giants clear of second-placed Fenerbahçe SK.
Inspirational Hasan
Hasan was the provider as the visitors opened the scoring after 14 minutes. The winger picked out Arif in space and the Turkey striker found the net with a low shot. The home side had spells of pressure but failed to break through and Hasan put the game beyond doubt a minute from time.
Lost cause
The entire home defence watched as the lively Turkish international chased a long ball which looked to be going out of play. After keeping the ball in Hasan then bore down on goal and scored with ease.
