Mass exodus at Akratitos

Akratitos FC coach Petros Ravoussis and his staff have resigned in protest at the running of the club.

Wake-up call
The move was designed as a wake-up call to shareholders ahead of Wednesday's general meeting, and the resignations will stand at least until then. Former AEK Athens FC trainer Ravoussis only joined the club in November, having agreed to replace Dutchman Frans Adelaar on an initial six-month contract. His decision to stand down underlines the problems facing an Akratitos side who lie second bottom of the Alpha Ethniki after Saturday's 1-0 home defeat by Egaleo FC.

Two league wins
Akratitos have won just two of their 13 league games this season, the last victory being a 3-2 home success against AEK on 24 November. Since then they have drawn once and lost four times, three at home, all without scoring.
