Members

FC Spartak Trnava secured an important win thanks to a late winner against FK ZTS Dubnica.

Late drama
Spartak had taken a two-goal lead thanks to two goals from Michal Gasparík, but were pegged back by two second-half Dubnica goals, the second arriving a minute into injury time. However, there was still time for Spartak defender Martin Poljovka's free-kick to beat Dubnica goalkeeper Marián Postrk and seal three important points for the home side.

Last-gasp winner
MŠK Ruzomberok also gained three valuable points with a 2-1 home win against ŠKM Púchov. New signing Jozef Jelsic opened the scoring for the home side only for Púchov midfield player Ivan Kováe to equalise eight minutes from time. However, Jioí Pospísil's last-gasp winner secured a victory that moved his side further away from danger at the bottom of the table.

Leaders below par
Bottom side 1. FC Kŏsice's chances of avoiding relegation suffered another blow as they were held to a 0-0 draw at home by fellow strugglers AŠK Inter Bratislava, while at the other end of the table, leaders ŠK Slovan Bratislava needed a spectacular individual effort from midfield player Ladislav Onofrej for a 1-0 win against FK Laugaricio Trencín.

Single-goal success
Second-placed MŠK Zilina remained eight points adrift of Slovan thanks to a 1-0 win against FC Artmedia Petrzalka. Captain Marek Mintál scored the only goal of the game after 66 minutes, his 14th of the season, to end Petrzalka's seven-match unbeaten run.
