Aitor Ocio has agreed to sign a new three-year contract with UEFA Cup holders Sevilla FC, adding that he would like to finish his career at the club.

Terms agreed
The 30-year-old defender will sign a new contract when he returns from his summer holidays to replace his existing deal, which expires on 30 June. Ocio joined Sevilla from Athletic Club Bilbao in 2003. "When you are wanted and have respect, leaving makes no sense," he said. "I would like to finish my career here because I cannot imagine wearing another team's colours." Sevilla will start their 2006/07 UEFA Cup campaign in the first round.
