Two more Hungarian first division clubs have parted company with their coaches, taking the tally to five since the league entered its winter break just four days ago.
Ringing the changes
The latest clubs to ring the changes after struggling in the first phase of the season are Vasas SC, currently propping up the league, and sixth-placed Újpesti TE. They join Hungarian champions Ferencvárosi TC, mid-table Debreceni VSC and MFC Sopron in changing personnel.
Kiss of life
Vasas moved András Komjati to sports director and named László Kiss as their new coach while Újpest have removed trainer István Kisteleki, but are yet to appoint his replacement.
Csank sunk
On Wednesday, Ferencváros, fifth in the table and 20 points adrift of runaway leaders MTK Hungária FC, brought in former national coach József Garami, 62, to replace János Csank.
