PSV Eindhoven have signed versatile Australian international Lindsay Wilson on a five-year deal.

Multi-talented Australian
The 22-year-old has joined the Eredivisie side from Sydney Olympic Sharks FC in his homeland. Wilson, who can play in midfield or as a full-back, made his debut for the Socceroos in April 2001.

Wilson's dream comes true
"Playing for PSV is something I always dreamed about," said Wilson. "Being a soccer player in Europe has always been my goal. I hardly can wait to start the new season with PSV."

Dutch sides fish for Sharks
Wilson will be the third former Sharks player to play in the Dutch top flight after former team-mates Brett Emerton and Stephen Laybutt moved to Feyenoord. Emerton's superb performances in the Eredivisie have alerted Dutch coaches to the quality of talent available in Australia.

Fifth signing for PSV
The signing of Wilson completes a busy spell for PSV who have now signed five players in preparation for next season. Lamey, Arjen Robben, Arvid Smit and Jelle Ten Rouwelaar were all confirmed as new signings before Wilson was unveiled.
