Estonian champions FC Flora Tallinn drew 2-2 with FC Levadia Tallinn in their Estonian Cup quarter-final first leg encounter.
Flora held
Two goals from Sergei Dõmov before half-time gave Tallinn the advantage but Flora switched from 4-3-3 to 4-4-2 after the break and got immediate results when Tor Henning Hamre finished superbly in the 58th minute after Kert Haavistu's great cross from the right. It was Haavistu again who sent in the cross eight minutes later from which Aleksandr Tarassenkov socred the equaliser.
Narva triumph
Elsewhere, cup holders JK Trans Narva, as well as former cup winners FC Levadia Maardu and TVMK Tallinn all recorded wins in their first leg encounters. Narva were made to fight in their game with JK Merkuur Tartu who took the lead twice, first through Mati Savisikk and then then Sixten Kasimir but Narva twice hauled themselves level through Konstantin Karin and Tarmo Kink before substitute Anton Sereda scored a Narva winner eight minutes before ;full time to give his side a narrow lead ahead of the second leg.
First-leg advantage
TVMK have one foot in the semi-finals after overwhelming FC Lootus-Kohtla Järve 4-1 while FC Levadia Maardu will travel to JK Tulevik Viljandi for the second leg with a 2-0 advantage.
