As the European football world gathers in Oslo for the UEFA Women's Champions League final, many of the sport's most influential decision-makers and stakeholders will also come together to shape the next chapter of the game at the fifth UEFA Business Case for Women's Football.

Taking place on Saturday 23 May at Ambassaden, the event will be opened by UEFA President Aleksander Čeferin, and will bring together senior leaders from across football, media and global sport.

Aligned with the objectives of UEFA's women's football strategy "Unstoppable", which aim to drive the professional club and league game forward, the event will explore how women's football can continue to build a professional, sustainable and globally relevant future.

At a pivotal moment for the game, the event will highlight how the next phase of growth can be shaped through bold leadership, smarter investment and stronger collaboration. Through keynote conversations and high-level discussions, industry leaders will examine the strategic decisions shaping the game, focusing on how success on the pitch, strong governance and commercial progress can succeed together.

"This year's Business Case for Women's Football is about understanding how we continue building a truly professional and sustainable game. We are fortunate to have some of the best people in football and sport coming together to share their insights and expertise," said Nadine Kessler.

"This isn't just about growth. It is about building lasting impact across the entire football ecosystem."

The programme will feature influential figures from across international football and sport, including OL Lyonnes majority owner Michele Kang; Red Bull GmbH CEO, Corporate Projects & Investments, Oliver Mintzlaff; UEFA Executive Committee member and Norwegian Football Federation president Lise Klaveness; England national team head coach Sarina Wiegman; and Sweden national team and Manchester United player Fridolina Rolfö.

They will be joined by FC Barcelona director of professional sports Xavier O'Callaghan; Disney+ senior vice president of Sports EMEA Media Network Frank Rutten; Arsenal chief commercial officer Juliet Slot; Women's Super League Football CEO Nikki Doucet; and New York Liberty (WNBA) CEO Keia Clarke, among other leading voices.

Together, the speakers will share insights on how women's football can continue to build a connected ecosystem where sporting excellence, commercial growth and long-term impact reinforce one another.
