Reward
Tonetto, who turned 33 last weekend, has appeared eleven times in Serie A and made three UEFA Champions League appearances for the Giallorossi this season. He joined Roma in 2006 in what is the ninth stop of an itinerant career, much of it spent at clubs with a lesser profile, and his efforts for the Giallorossi earned him an international debut in June in Italy's 2-1 victory over the Faroe Islands.
European goal
Roma, who are three points behind leaders FC Internazionale Milano in Serie A, can seal their place in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 next week when they visit FC Dynamo Kyiv. Luciano Spalletti's side are guaranteed progress with a victory, although they can also advance by simply matching Sporting Clube de Portugal's result at Manchester United FC.
