Mantzios recovered
The 25-year-old Cleyton has not shaken off a left foot injury sustained in training last Tuesday and will miss the game at San Siro, while South African defender Moon, 22, is unlikely to play again this year having undergone knee surgery. Mantzios, however, may be able to make his third appearance of the group stage, having scored three times in two previous outings. The striker, 25, was rested for the 3-0 weekend victory against Thrasivoulos Fylis but has been declared fit to play. Panathinaikos are third in Group B, a point adrift of second-placed Anorthosis Famagusta FC.
