Classic Champions League quarter-final goals

TUESDAY 7 APRIL

Kylian Mbappé (€11.1m) vs Bayern (H)

Despite sitting out three Champions League matches this season, and only playing 21 minutes on Matchday 12, Mbappé remains the top scorer in the competition with 13 goals – three more than any other player heading into the quarter-finals. The Frenchman, now back in action after injury, struck on international duty against Brazil on 26 March, taking his tally to 44 goals for club and country in 2025/26. Real Madrid face Bayern München in the quarter-finals – opponents Mbappé scored against on three occasions during his time at Paris Saint-Germain.

Harry Kane (€10.8m) vs Real Madrid (A)

Facing Real Madrid and Mbappé is another one of Europe's elite strikers, with Kane hitting an even higher goal tally over the course of 2025/26. The prolific forward has found the net a combined 53 times for Bayern and England, his two goals in the round of 16 second leg making it ten in the Champions League. That Matchday 12 double took the the 32-year-old to 50 goals in Europe's premier club competition – the first English player to reach a half-century – and he next takes on opponents he has either scored or provided an assist against on three of the four occasions he has faced them.

Other options: Gabriel (€5.7m), Vinícius Júnior (€9.6m), Michael Olise (€8.3m)

All-Spanish Champions League ties

WEDNESDAY 8 APRIL

Lamine Yamal (€9.9m) vs Atlético de Madrid (H)

With fellow Barcelona winger Raphinha likely to miss the first leg through injury, there will be an even greater attacking responsibility placed on Yamal's shoulders but the 18-year-old has already shown many times he can rise to the occasion. Yamal has produced at least one attacking return in six of his last seven Champions League appearances, most recently registering two goals and an assist in Barça's round of 16 tie with Newcastle. Hansi Flick's side next take on domestic rivals Atlético de Madrid, Yamal providing an assist in the teams' last meeting on 3 March.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (€8.2m) vs Liverpool (H)

Top Fantasy points scorer at Paris Saint-Germain, and joint-second only to Dominik Szoboszlai among the eight quarter-finalists, Kvaratskhelia has been on target in each of Paris' last three Champions League contests. Four goals, an assist and two Player of the Match awards during that stretch has led to the midfielder's ownership increasing significantly. Having scored two more goals on international duty on 26 March, the Georgian has five in four appearances for club and country ahead of the holders' home meeting with Liverpool on Matchday 13.

Other options: Julián Alvarez (€9.2m), Nuno Mendes (€6.3m), Dominik Szoboszlai (€6.9m)
