AS Monaco FC will look to build on their winning start at Wembley when they host Group F rivals Bayer 04 Leverkusen on matchday two.

• Monaco kicked off their group stage campaign by winning 2-1 at Tottenham Hotspur FC, while Leverkusen let a two-goal lead slip in their 2-2 home draw with PFC CSKA Mosvka.

• Monaco earned 1-0 home and away victories over Leverkusen in the 2014/15 UEFA Champions League group stage, when both teams qualified for the knockout stage. João Moutinho scored the only goal at the Stade Louis II, with Lucas Ocampo the matchwinner at the BayArena.

• Recovered from a hip injury that blighted his pre-season, Stefan Kiessling made his comeback against Augsburg as a second-half substitute.

• Karim Bellarabi suffered a groin injury a minute into the 3-1 victory over Hamburger SV on 10 September and will be out for the rest of the year having undergone surgery.

• Vladlen Yurchenko will be sidelined until October after sustaining a calf injury in training while on international duty earlier this month.
