🚨 Stadium rules
When planning your matchday, keep in mind that stadium rules for the UEFA Conference League final may differ from the usual regulations at the stadium.
🎒 Bags larger than A4 size won’t be allowed into the stadium.
🔋 You can bring a small power bank, no larger than your phone.
🪪 Make sure you have a valid original form of ID on you. By law, Polish nationals need to bring identification for entry.
🚭 Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and heat-not-burn tobacco products, is not allowed inside the stadium.
🚫 Check out the list of forbidden items. Remember, umbrellas, water bottles and professional cameras are not permitted inside the stadium. You can download the full stadium rules for more information.
🏟️ At the stadium
⚠️ We advise all spectators to arrive at the stadium at least three hours before kick-off.
All tickets are mobile and will be delivered on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app a few days before the match.
- Make sure you have the app on your phone to download your ticket. When registering in the app, please note that you will need to enter your PESEL if you have a Polish ID document.
- Once logged in on one phone, you will not be able to access your tickets from another phone. Account sharing is not possible.
- If you have multiple tickets, transfer them before heading to the stadium. If you keep all tickets on your phone, you must enter the stadium together. A transfer after entering the stadium security perimeter is not possible.
- 💡 The person who receives the ticket will not be able to transfer it further. However, they can send the ticket back to the initial recipient.

Enter via the gate displayed on your mobile ticket. You will only be able to enter the stadium using this gate.
Check the colour coding on your mobile ticket and follow directional signage around the stadium to help you reach your gate.

You’ll find plenty of concession stands serving a variety of snacks and beverages.
🍔 Food: Local favourite zapiekanka (a warmed open baguette), in addition to stadium snacks like grilled skewers, hot dogs, nachos, nuggets and fries.
🥤 Drinks: Enjoy a selection of drinks including juice, water, soda, frozen fruit slushes, alcohol-free beer and alcohol-free fruit beer.
💳 Payment: You can pay with debit or credit cards at concessions stands and most accept contactless payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Some stands will also accept cash in the local currency, Polish złoty.
There will be four Official Shops inside the stadium perimeter, where you can stock up on all your favourite UEFA Conference League souvenirs such as t-shirts, caps and individual match scarves. Whether you're cheering for your club or simply soaking in the spirit of the competition, choose from an extensive selection of high-quality merchandise.

Several UEFA Conference League partners will contribute to the pre-match excitement at the stadium and provide interactive activities or giveaways, such as:

- Refreshing chopped fruit in bowls, distributed by Lidl.
- A Flixbus area for pre-match fun. Think you’ve got game? Prove it! Score big, win prizes, snap big, get featured.
- Ultimate fan wigs distributed by Laufenn.
All activities can be found on the outside stadium concourse from 18:00.
UEFA and Just Eat Takeaway.com are helping fans make more informed food choices. Every menu item at the Conference League final will be given a carbon rating from A (very low emissions) to E (very high emissions), so you can choose lower-carbon options. Menus are also being adjusted to reduce their overall carbon impact.

✅ Stadium entry & security
Gates will open at 18:00 for a 21:00 kick-off, and we recommend arriving at the stadium at least 3 hours before the start of the match.
Re-entry is not permitted. If you choose to leave the stadium, you won’t be allowed back in.
You’ll still be allowed to enter the stadium as long as the security situation allows it. However, you may not be permitted entry if you arrive too late, so start your journey well in advance and allow additional time for security checks.
Please only use the gate specified on your ticket. If you arrive at a different gate, you will be turned away and asked to find yours.
There is no minimum age to attend the match, but everyone must hold a valid match ticket in order to enter the stadium.
Yes, ticket holders under the age of 13 can only enter the stadium with an accompanying adult. The accompanying adult must also have a valid match ticket.
No. If you don’t have a ticket, don’t travel to the stadium.

If you’re unable to resolve your issues before arriving in Wroclaw, head to the Ticketing Centre located at the stadium. The centre will be open on:

➡️ Wednesday 28 May between 15:00 - 21:30
You will need to present your passport at the Ticketing Centre, so make sure to have it on you. National identity cards will also be accepted if issued by a Schengen area country. Please note, copies will not be accepted; the original ID document is required.
If you have several tickets, we strongly recommend transferring them to others in your group using the UEFA Mobile Tickets app before heading to the stadium. It’s simple, quick and will save you time at the stadium.
The initial recipient has the possibility to transfer the ticket(s) to their guest(s) via the dedicated UEFA Mobile Tickets app, using the TRANSFER button.
The person who receives the ticket from the initial recipient will not be able to transfer it further. However, they can send the ticket back to the initial recipient by clicking on the RETURN button.
No, you will have to use the same phone used to register within the app to access the stadium. You will not be able to access your tickets from another phone.
Accessibility tickets should only be transferred to fans who satisfy the requirements for such tickets and have the same seating requirements (a Wheelchair ticket should only be transferred to a fan needing a wheelchair, same for Easy Access tickets).
🍟 Food and drink
In accordance with local laws for this match, alcohol will not be sold at the stadium.
Menus will be available in English and Polish.
👜 Packing & prohibited items
You can bring flagpoles that are a maximum of 1m long and 1cm in diameter and banners or flags that are a maximum of 2m x 1.5m.
No, you’re not allowed to bring your own food or drink, including alcohol.
Please note that drinks containers, whether full or empty, cannot be taken into the stadium.
⚠️ If you need to bring in any medication, including prepared food or drink or other equipment, you must bring an official letter from your medical professional with you to the match which states your medical requirements. Show this to one of the stewards at an accessible entrance lane, who will be able to assist you.
Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and heat-not-burn tobacco products, is not allowed inside the stadium. Thank you for respecting the no smoking policy.
No, bags larger than A4 are not allowed inside the stadium. We highly recommend not bringing a bag with you on matchday.
