π‘ Good to know
π Please leave large bags, including suitcases, at home or in your hotel.
Bags larger than A4 size will not be permitted in the stadium.
π The dress code for VIP areas is business attire β formal, classic suit and tie, formal dresses; no jeans, sneakers or football apparel.
π Kindly note that smoking in VIP areas and in the stands is not permitted. Thank you for respecting the no smoking policy.
π€ The minimum age for UEFA VIP areas is 16 years old.
π² Your VIP mobile ticket will be scanned to access the stadium. Check your phone battery and make sure you have your mobile ticket ready on the UEFA VIP Pass app before heading to the stadium.
π Matchday travel
The stadium is easy to reach by public transport.
As a ticket holder, you are entitled to free public transport in Wroclaw from 06:00 on matchday until 06:00 the following day.

Only drive to the stadium on matchday if you have received a UEFA parking pass.
If you have a UEFA Parking Pass, please proceed to the parking area marked on it. Scanning the QR code on your pass will show you a map of stadium parking locations.
The city will be busy with local traffic. Road closures and travel disruptions are likely to affect your journey.
Please note, there won't be any taxi drop-off or pick-up points near the stadium.

π ΏοΈ Car parking: If you have a UEFA Parking Pass your designated car park is P4. If you require parking, please contact Guest Management to apply for a pass.
π Dedicated stadium entrance: Arrive at the VIP gate at the west side of the stadium and then proceed through to the VIP entrance.
π Location within the stadium: The UEFA VIP Lounge is on Level 3. After your ticket is scanned at your gate you will receive a UEFA VIP Lounge Pass. Once you have your pass, take the stairs or the elevator to go to Level 3 to reach the UEFA VIP Lounge.
π§₯ Cloakroom: There is one after you have scanned your mobile ticket at the welcome zone on Level 0.
π½οΈ Food: Choose from a range of tasty options at the buffet in an informal setting with no assigned tables.
𧣠Fan Shop: If you would like to purchase exclusive UEFA Conference League merchandise, you can access the Fan Shop in the Europa Lounge on Level 1.
πΆ Live entertainment: Plus the opportunity to get a photo to remember your experience by.
