Getting to the stadium
The stadium is located only 1km from Bilbao city centre and is easily reached on foot.
🚶 On foot
It’s a pleasant walk from the city centre and Bilbao’s main train stations and should take approximately 30 minutes.
🚍 By public transport
Getting to the stadium by metro and tram will also be an option. Please check back later for more detailed information on matchday travel.
❗ Please note:
There will be no parking for private vehicles on matchdays. Extensive road closures will be implemented around the stadium and in the city on matchdays. Instead, park your car close to transport hubs and use public transport or walk to the stadium. The same applies to travelling by taxi: road closures and travel disruptions are likely to affect your journey and drop-off zones will be quite far away from the venue, so we don’t recommend it.
🚗 Getting There & Parking
Fans who applied for accessibility tickets were able to indicate whether they needed a parking permit during the application process. Parking permits will be allocated closer to the tournament, and our ticketing team will send you an email as soon as this is complete. Keep in mind that there are a limited number of parking permits available; even if you requested one, we cannot guarantee all applications will be successful.
Additionally, there will be accessible modes of transport for wheelchair users and visitors with impaired mobility on matchdays. We’ll provide you with the details in due time, so watch this space.
