Dive deep into EURO 2020 celebrations by visiting the Fan Village at Kvægtorvet just outside Øksnehallen.
The Fan Village will supply plenty of football delights throughout the entire tournament as it is set to broadcast all 51 EURO 2020 matches on a big screen – and you'll find everything to get the party started as the place is packed with many delicious food and drink options!
Getting to the Fan Village is easy, as it's in the city centre only a short walk from the Central Station. Located in the Meatpacking District, one of Copenhagen’s most lively areas, the Fan Village will allow you to make to most of local culture as it is surrounded by many restaurants, galleries and more.

Let me give you a top tip
To prove that you are not infected with COVID-19, you need to show your corona passport or other documents. Your corona passport is valid, as is a negative antigen or PCR test no older than 72 hours, proof of vaccine or certificate of previous COVID-19 infection.

On all EURO matchdays, the Fan Village opens two hours before the first match. If you have a ticket for the second or third match of the day, we recommend you get to the Fan Village no earlier than 30 minutes before kick-off – we suggest you arrive 20 minutes before your match starts.

Reducing the risk of a COVID-19 infection is our shared responsibility, so we’ve implemented some new rules to help protect you and other spectators. You will need to show a valid corona passport before you enter the Fan Village to prove you are not infected with COVID-19.
As the Kvægtorvet area is outdoor, you don’t have to wear a face mask when you are on site – only when you enter the Fan Village. We encourage you to always maintain distance with other fans and look out for each other.
The capacity of the Fan Village is limited. This means that only 1,200 visitors will be allowed onsite.
Take the time to enjoy a walk in the Vesterbro neighbourhood or city centre and enjoy everything that will bring this part of town to life during EURO 2020!
Copenhagen Central Station is the closest station to the Fan Village and is served by metro, S-train and bus.
- There will be car parking near the Fan Village.
- There will be no bicycle parking around the Fan Village.
Let me give you a top tip
- Bags larger than A4 can’t be taken inside the Fan Village.
- Please don’t bring any food or drinks – there are plenty of tasty and refreshing options to choose from once inside the Fan Village. It’s okay to bring a small bottle of water.
- The Fan Village operates fully cashless.
- Don’t hesitate to speak to one of the volunteers, the Volkswagen Mobility Makers, if you need help or have a question.
The Fan Village is located at Kvægtorvet just outside Øksnehallen. The big outdoor space is paved with cobblestones and therefore not suitable for visitors in a wheelchair.
We recommend disabled fans buy tickets for big-screen matches at the Football Village instead.

- Copenhagen Central Station offers accessible lifts and wheelchair friendly elevators. If you plan on travelling on the S-train and are a wheelchair user, please contact DSB beforehand.
There is no bag storage at Kvægtorvet near Øksnehallen. Please remember to pack light and only bring the essentials.

You can bring a water bottle with water to the Fan Village. You will not be able to bring any chairs or other big items.
We have taken all the necessary measures implemented by the Danish authorities to ensure a safe experience in the Fan Village.
To enter the Fan Village, you need to show a valid corona passport. The corona passport will be valid with a negative antigen or PCR test no older than 72 hours, a certificate of a vaccination or a certificate of previous infection. In Denmark, antigen and PCR tests are equally valid.
If you don’t have a corona passport, simply get tested at one of the test centres in Copenhagen so you can join the party at the Fan Village.
You don’t need to wear a face mask in Kvægtorvet near Øksnehallen as the area is outside. You only need to wear a face mask when you enter the Football Village in consideration of our staff.
If you have developed symptoms, follow the Danish government’s guidelines. If you are tested positive for COVID-19 after entering Kvægtorvet near Øksnehallen, please urgently call the Customer Service Phone +45 43 26 54 50.
The Fan Village will be cleaned on a daily basis. The site will be disinfected regularly, following the local COVID-19 regulations and restrictions.
All visitors of the Football Village and Fan Village are encouraged to download the national contact tracing app 'Smittestop' and have it activated at all times.
