Accessibility
Our aim is to make the UEFA Conference League final fully accessible to everyone and create a diverse and inclusive environment that meet the needs of all football fans.
Specific matchday guidance will be published closer to the final, including detailed travel information for supporters with accessibility requirements.

Take advantage of free public transport in Wroclaw ā available to all UEFA Conference League final ticket holders on matchday.

š Accessible travel to Wroclaw
Make sure you inform your airline in advance if you need to arrange assistance for your journey. Visit Port Lotniczy Wroclaw's accessibility page for information on airport facilities.
If you plan to arrive in Wroclaw by train, inform your operator of your travel requirements so that they can ensure staff are available to provide assistance.

š¬ Airport to the city centre
Accessible buses run from the airport to Wroclaw Glowny in the city centre with a journey time of around 50 minutes depending on traffic.

There is a taxi rank outside the airport terminal. Most taxis accept card payment but it is always worth double checking before you start your journey.
Taxis take around 20-30 minutes to get to the city centre and the fare should be around 100zÅ (approx. ā¬24), depending on your destination.

Use SB1 or SB2 buses and ST1 or ST2 trams for free accessible travel on matchday.

Trams ST1 and ST2 are fully accessible with dedicated spaces for wheelchair users.
ST1 and ST2 trams and all buses have auditory and visual systems in place to announce each stop for the visually and hearing impaired.

Accessible Parking at the stadium is located in P2, Level 2.
Accessible parking passes can be requested during the application process for accessibility tickets and are subject to availability.
More information will be provided during the ticket sale phase.
A number of mobile app-based rideshare companies operate in Wroclaw, in addition to local taxi companies, some of which provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
It is recommended to book ahead to ensure availability.

After the match frequent accessible bus and tram services will travel to the city centre until 01:00, including to Wroclaw Glowny train station.

šļø Accessible stadium facilities & services
All tickets will be mobile and delivered via the UEFA Mobile Tickets app closer to the match. Our ticketing team will provide updates by email in the lead-up to the final.
There are two types of accessibility tickets available ā Wheelchair User tickets and Easy Access tickets. A complimentary companion ticket can be added during the ticket application window. Transfer the companion ticket to your companion before matchday.
If you have a Wheelchair or Easy Access ticket and can no longer attend, you should only transfer your ticket to a fan who meets and shares the same requirements (e.g. a wheelchair ticket should only be transferred to a fan needing a wheelchair).

Dedicated accessible entrances are located and signposted on all sides of the stadium. Accessibility security lanes will operate at all gates.
ā ļø If you need to bring medical equipment including any medication, such as prepared food or drink, you must bring a formal letter from your medical professional, which states your medical requirements, with you to the match.
Show this to one of the stewards at your entrance lane, and they will be able to assist you with your request.
Audio-descriptive commentary will be available through the UEFA Conference League app in English, Polish and Spanish.
On the day of the final, just click "More" and select audio-descriptive commentary. You can then select a language.
Volunteers will be available at different points around the stadium wearing blue bibs with āAccessibility Volunteerā and the international disability sign printed on them.
Accessible toilets are located less than 40m from Wheelchair and Easy Access seating spaces.
All lifts in the stadium are accessible.
There is a limited number of wheelchairs available for loan at the stadium offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Concession stands 3 and 11 have low-level counters.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome with ticket holders who require their service. Please inform UEFA Ticketing Customer Service using this form, so they can seat you appropriately.
š Fan Festival Accessibility
The Fan Festival is an open space on ground level and therefore accessible to wheelchair users.
Accessible toilets will be available at the Fan Festival.
