New faces for Panionios

Panionios NFC have signed two players to aid their hopes of a successful run in the UEFA Cup.

Permanent option
Brazilian midfield player Juliano Marinho Dos Santos has arrived on a one-year loan from Brazilian side Ituano FC. Panionios has an option to sign the player on a permanent two-year contract next summer if all goes well. The 26-year-old has been playing in Poland with Widzew Lódz since 2000. The other new arrival is the 27-year-old midfielder Norbert Toth, who joins on a free transfer from Videoton FC Fehérvár in Hungary.
