AC Perugia have made a quadruple transfer swoop, signing Italian Under-21 international forward Giuseppe Sculli veteran striker Dario Hubner and defensive duo Felix Benito and Roberto Cardinale.
Sculli signing
Sculli joins on loan from AC Chievo Verona until the end of the season. His playing licence is joint-owned by Chievo and Juventus FC, but he has not managed to find a place in Luigi Del Neri's starting lineup this season after scoring eight goals for Modena FC last term.
Veteran on the move
Meanwhile, the 36-year-old Hubner, Serie A's top scorer in 2001/02 when he scored 24 goals for Piacenza FC, arrives for an undisclosed fee from Ancona Calcio on a short-term deal until the end of the season.
Defensive reinforcements
Perugia have also signed two defenders, the 26-year-old Argentinian Benito from CA Independiente and Cardinale, 22, from Serie B side Salernitana Sport.
UEFA Cup challenge
Perugia, who have failed to win a single Serie A game this season, face PSV Eindhoven in the UEFA Cup third round on 26 February and 3 March.
