'No doubts'
The 24-year-old midfielder, who joined from FC Zürich last summer, said: "I have never had doubts about my future. Since the end of last season I continued to repeat that my wish was to stay at Udinese. I believe in the club's project and I want to play a great season with this team." Inler started 37 Serie A games – out of a possible 38 – for the Friulani last season, scoring two goals and earning himself a place in Switzerland's UEFA EURO 2008™ squad. The Italian side face BV Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Cup first round with the first leg being played in Germany on 18 September.
