The draw for the UEFA Europa League rounds of 32 and 16 will take place at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland from 13.00CET on Friday with the full lineup now known following the conclusion of the group stage.

PAOK FC, Sevilla FC and SSC Napoli secured the three places on offer on Wednesday night, and were followed into the hat 24 hours later by LOSC Lille Métropole, RSC Anderlecht and Aris Thessaloniki FC, who ousted holders Club Atlético de Madrid with a 2-0 home win against Rosenborg BK.

The top two teams from each of the 12 groups have all qualified along with the eight sides transferring from the UEFA Champions League after finishing third in their pools – FC Spartak Moskva, SC Braga, AFC Ajax, FC Twente, FC Rubin Kazan, FC Basel 1893, Rangers FC and SL Benfica.

Draw conditions
The round of 32 draw will be made under the following conditions:
• Clubs from the same association must not be drawn against each other.
• No team can be drawn against the other qualifier from their group.
• The four UEFA Champions League qualifiers with the best record in their group (Spartak, Braga, Ajax, Twente) are placed in a seeding pot with the UEFA Europa League group winners. The other four (Rubin, Basel, Rangers, Benfica) are placed with the runners-up.
• The runners-up and the lowest four ranked UEFA Champions League sides will be at home in the first leg.

Matches will be played on 17 and 24 February 2011 with the Pot 2 teams at home in the first leg.

Round of 16
The draw for the round of 16 will follow once the draw for the round 32 has been completed. There will be no seeded teams. The 16 balls containing slips of paper for 'Winners of match 1' to 'Winners of match 16' will be placed in the large central bowl and shuffled. The first team drawn will play its first match at home against the second team drawn and the same procedure will then be repeated for the other games. There are no restrictions on the draw. Fixtures will be played 10 and 17 March 2011.

The final will be played in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, on Wednesday 18 May 2011.
