Adauto takes Praha option

Brazilian striker Evandro Adauto da Silva has joined SK Slavia Praha.

Brazilian striker Evandro Adauto da Silva has joined SK Slavia Praha from Clube Atlético Paranaense on a one-year loan deal.

First round
The 22-year-old forward, born in Santo André, scored six goals for Paranaense as they won the Brazilian championship early this year and signed for Slavia ahead of their appearance in the first round of the UEFA Cup.

Third European adventure
The move to the Czech Republic will be Adauto's third European adventure. He spent a year with Bayer 04 Leverkusen's reserve team in Germany in 1999, before joining Spanish club Sporting Gijón for a ten-match spell 12 months ago.
