Decade with club
The 30-year-old defender's previous deal had been due to expire in 2004. Bertotto made his Serie A debut in 1993 and has been at the Friuli stadium ever since.
European ambition
Bertotto will be a key man as Udinese compete in the UEFA Cup, after finishing sixth in the Italian league last season. In total, he has played 232 Serie A matches for the Bianconeri, scoring three goals.
