Our aim is to make the UEFA Super Cup fully accessible to everyone and create a diverse and inclusive environment to meet the needs of all football fans.

This page will help you plan your matchday. Check this page regularly for updates to ensure you have the best experience possible.

📲 Mobile tickets

All tickets will be mobile tickets, so download and transfer them onto your phone via the UEFA Mobile Tickets app before you set off for Athens and Piraeus. Our ticketing team will send you all the details by email.

🧭 Travel to Athens & Piraeus

🛬 By plane

Make sure you inform your airline in advance and arrange assistance for your journey. Visit the special assistance page on the Athens airport website for information on arrivals and departures.

Ⓜ️ By public transport

The transport operator for Athens (OASA S.A.) proactively makes their services more inclusive and have outlined access instructions for metro lines, trams, trolleybuses, and buses.

🚇 By metro

⬇️ From Athens International Airport:
1) Take the M3 metro line to Piraeus
2) Transfer to the M1 metro line, stop at Neo Faliro (approx. 20 minutes) and walk another 10 minutes to your entrance

⬇️ From Athens city centre:
Take the M1 metro line directly to Neo Faliro

⬇️ From Piraeus:
Take the M1 metro line from Piraeus to Neo Faliro
OR
Take the M3 metro line from Dimotiko Theatro, stop at Piraeus and take metro line M1 to Neo Faliro

⬇️ From the Fan Festival:
Take the M3 metro line from Dimotiko Theatro, stop at Piraeus and take metro line M1 to Neo Faliro

🚍 By bus

Take the X96 bus from Athens International Airport to Neo Faliro (approx. 1 hour 40 minutes) and walk another 10 minutes to your entrance.

⚠️ The X96 bus does not stop in Athens city centre.

🚗 By car with pre-booked parking

All accessibility parking passes were available to request during the ticket lottery application. Accessible parking is in P1B or P2.

Wheelchair users should use entrances 1 (A1) or 19 (A2).
Easy Access ticket holders should use entrance 16 to access the lift.

Car parking opens at 07:00. Matchday traffic will be extremely busy, so we recommend starting your journey to the stadium in good time.

🚕 By taxi or rideshare

Most Uber or Uber taxis can accommodate a foldable wheelchair if needed. Accessible taxis are also available in Athens and can be particularly handy for visiting some of Athens’ tourist attractions. Special Taxi provides accessible taxis to get around the city.

The accessible drop-off point at the stadium is close to Neo Faliro metro station. Use ΜΕΤΡΟ Ν.ΦΑΛΗΡΟ-ΚΑΡΑΙΣΚΑΚΗ, Pireas 185 47 when booking.

🎫 Tickets

There are two types of accessibility tickets available for the 2023 UEFA Super Cup: Wheelchair User tickets and Easy Access tickets. All accessibility tickets come with a complimentary companion ticket should you need one.

🚪 Entrances

All stadium entrances will open at 19:00 local time, three hours before kick-off.

Dedicated wheelchair user entrances: Entrances 1 (A1) and 19 (A2)
Please use the dedicated lane marked with the internationally recognised symbol for disability for security checks.

Dedicated Easy Access ticket holder entrance: Entrance 16
Please use the priority lane marked with the internationally recognised symbol for disability for security checks.

💡 Services at the stadium

🙋 Volunteers

If you need assistance at the stadium, there will be a team of staff and volunteers on-site to assist with directions and answer any questions. Volunteers will show you to the accessible gates and the entrances / exits to accessible parking.

They will be wearing caps with the hashtag #FootbALL to help you spot them.

🎧 Audio-descriptive commentary (ADC)

ADC commentary will be available in English, Greek, and Spanish in the stadium via the Raydio app.

Non-ticket holders looking to use the service can access the ADC commentary via the Raydio webplayer.

🚾 Toilets

Accessible toilets are available in close proximity, approximately 20m from the wheelchair user seats. Toilets for Easy Access ticket holders are located near the end of the aisles on the concourse.

🛗 Lifts

There is one accessible lift in front of entrance 16.

Easy Access seating is located on concourse level 1, so we recommend using this entrance as it is the only one equipped with an accessible lift.

Wheelchair user seats are located on the ground floor and can be accessed without a lift via entrances 1 (A1) and 19 (A2).

♿ Wheelchairs for loan

If you require a wheelchair when you arrive at the stadium, please speak to a steward at the entrance.

🍟 Concessions

Volunteers are available to assist with purchases at concessions stands on-site. Please be aware that there are no low-level counters.

🐶 Guide/assistance dogs

Owners of assistance/guide dogs also qualify for Easy Access tickets. If you plan on coming with your dog, please send an email in advance to the UEFA Ticketing team via the form so we can seat you accordingly. Please note, there are no dog relief facilities at the stadium.

🎉 Fan Festival and trophy displays

The celebrations will be in full swing at Plateia Korai, a beautiful city square where you can join your fellow fans and get into the matchday spirit. 🏟️ Stadium

Can I enter the stadium through any entrance? Are they all fully accessible?

Please only enter the stadium via the entrance displayed on your mobile match ticket. If you arrive at a different entrance, you may be turned away and asked to find the correct entrance.

🥳 Fan Festival

Is the Fan Festival area accessible?

The Fan Festival is being held at Plateia Korai, a large, open city square in Piraeus. The square is wheelchair accessible but please take extra care in areas with cobblestones, tiles and uneven pavements.

Will accessible toilets be available?

Yes, accessible toilets will be in place at the Fan Festival.

Is the trophy display fully accessible?

The trophy display stage has ramp access, so everyone can grab their photo with the Super Cup trophy! Volunteers will be on hand to help you access the display and take that all important photo. 📸

Is Jacqueline de Romigi Square easily accessible?

The square is located near Thēseio metro station on the M1 metro line. Please take care when crossing the area, which is paved with a combination of cobbles and gravel. A small number of accessible toilets will be available.
