The Fan Festival will be held at Plateia Korai, Piraeus, on Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16 August and will include the trophy display, plenty of football activities and more! There’s something for everyone, so it’s definitely worth a visit.

🆓 Free to everyone! No ticket required, and you don’t need to be a football fan to attend and enjoy.
🤝 The Fan Festival is a neutral site, so expect to meet fans and supporters from both teams.
♿ The Fan Festival is an open space at ground level and therefore accessible to wheelchair users. Check out our accessibility page for more info.

Here’s some of the things you can do at the Fan Festival:

⚽ Test your skills in the football activities zone, which includes precision shooting challenge, a 1 v 1 arena, football cages and Subsoccer

Greek Legends & UEFA Foundation Kids Fun Match ⚽

⌚ 10:00 – 11:00

✨ Teams made up of Legends 2004 and local kids will take to the pitch for a fun match before testing their skills on the football activities around the Fan Festival.

Greek Legends Match 🤩

⌚ 12:00 – 13:00

✨ Legends 2004 will take to the mini pitch in a small-sided content that’s not to be missed! Arrive well in advance for the chance to get seats!

Man City Trophy Display 🏆

⌚ 14:00 – 19:00

📸 This is your opportunity to snap a photo with the Champions League, Premier League and FA Cup Trophies!


🧣 Official merchandise

Stock up on official Super Cup merchandise at the Fan Festival! You’ll find everything from t-shirts, hats, scarves and collectible items such as keychains and pins.

🍟 Food & drink

Sample the delights of Greece with vendors serving local dishes such as souvlaki, or take your pick from hot dogs, chicken nuggets, vegan nuggets and French fries! There will be a range of soft drinks to enjoy from Pepsi as well as Heineken beer.

🌡️ Heat safety

The Fan Festival will provide shaded and seated areas so you can escape the heat and enjoy your time on-site. 

💧 Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water
🧴 Apply sunscreen frequently (available for free if required) and wear a hat
☀️ Avoid being in the sun between 12:00 and 17:00

🧭 Getting to the Fan Festival

The Fan Festival is centrally located and easily accessible by public transport, or on foot if you’re staying in Piraeus! The most convenient way to get to the Fan Festival from Athens city centre is to take the M3 metro line to Dimotiko Theatro, or the M1 metro line to Piraeus followed by a 12-minute walk. Make sure you follow signs for the Fan Festival.

Can I bring a bag into the Festival?

Yes, but you will need to keep your belongings with you at all times as there is no bag deposit service!

Are there items I’m not allowed to bring in?

For the safety of all attending, please avoid bringing items which are deemed illegal or unsafe to the Fan Festival. Prohibited items include:

• Any kind of sharp objects (including knives) or weapons
• Any illegal recreational drugs
• Scooters, segways or bicycles
• Drones
• Glass
• Lasers or electronic pointers
• Any racist, political or xenophobic material
• Flags or banners larger than 2m
• Promotional or commercial material
• Aerosols or flammable substances
• Fireworks and flares
• Megaphones or horns
