🏟️ Accessible travel to Stadio Friuli
There is no public transport between Udine city centre and Stadio Friuli, which is 4km away.
If you have accessibility requirements, the most comfortable way to get to the stadium is by car (just remember to request an accessible parking pass).
If you don’t have the opportunity to drive, you can also consider taking the free shuttle bus service, which is accessible. There is only one space for wheelchair users per bus, so we recommend getting one of the earlier shuttles to allow sufficient time.
Please only drive to Stadio Friuli on matchday if you have received a UEFA parking pass. There is limited parking available close to the stadium.
Accessible parking passes will be available to request during the application process for accessibility tickets and are subject to availability.
Accessible parking locations
- Ticket holders entering the stadium by Gate 2: Use PD car park, to the south west of the stadium.
- Ticket holders entering the stadium by Gates 4 or 5: Use P5 car park, at the east side of the stadium.
You will find accessible entrances in the vicinity of the parking areas.
Matchday traffic will be extremely busy, so we recommend starting your journey to the stadium in good time.
⚽ Stadium accessibility
🛂 Mandatory ID checks and data submission
🪪 Italian authorities require mandatory ID checks at the stadium for ticket holders of all ages, so make sure everyone in your group has ID with them.
This should be the original form of a valid passport or national identity card. Photocopies are not accepted.
All ticket holders (including children) are also required by Italian law to input their personal details on VIVATICKET. Your ticket only becomes valid once you have completed this process.
There are two types of accessibility tickets available for the 2025 UEFA Super Cup:
Wheelchair User tickets and Easy Access tickets. A complimentary ticket for a companion can be added during the ticket purchase.
Transferring tickets if you can no longer attend the match
Accessibility tickets should only be transferred to fans who satisfy the requirements for such tickets and have the same seating requirements (a Wheelchair ticket should only be transferred to a fan needing a wheelchair, same for Easy Access tickets). Mobile ticket transfers are no longer possible after 15:00 CEST on matchday.
For more information, check out our Accessibility tickets FAQs.
All stadium entrances will open at 18:00 local time, three hours before kick-off.
Accessible entrances: Gates 2, 3 and 4
At the stadium, you can access the stands without the need for an elevator.
If you need assistance at the stadium, there will be a team on-site wearing blue bibs with the word 'Accessibility' printed on them.
They will be ready to help with directions and answer any questions.
A wheelchair push service will be offered for guests with limited mobility who did not come in their own wheelchair and need help reaching their seats after the security checks.
This service is available for everyone who needs it. Please reach out for the accessibility volunteers near the entrances – they will be happy to help!
Audio descriptive commentary will be available on the UEFA Champions League app in English, French and Italian. So, simply bring your fully charged mobile phone with the app already installed and your own pair of headphones and then:
• Open the UEFA Champions League app
• Tap on the “More” menu
• Tap on “Audio-descriptive commentary” in the “At the event” section
• Tap on the match to listen (available from 15 minutes before kick-off)
• Enjoy!
The service requires only a minimum of mobile data. To recharge your phone during the match, you can bring a small power bank, no larger than your phone.
If you have any questions or issues with audio-descriptive commentary, speak to one of our accessibility volunteers.
Accessible toilets are located at the stadium in the following areas:
- I1 & I2
- J1 & J2
- P1 & P2
- Q1 & Q2
- L1
Concession stands are easily reachable and selected concession stands behind accessible seating areas will have dedicated priority lanes. These lanes will be open for everyone to use with priority given to accessibility ticket holders.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome to accompany ticket holders who require their service. Please inform UEFA Ticketing Customer Service using this form so they can seat you appropriately.
