๐ก Our top tips
๐ฒ Make sure to install the UEFA Mobile Tickets app on your phone before you travel.
๐ Your account can only be accessed on one phone. Once logged in, you cannot access your account from another device.
๐ If you have several tickets, transfer them to friends or family via the app before heading to the stadium. The person who receives the ticket will not be able to transfer it further. However, they can send it back to you.
โ No ticket transfers are possible inside the stadiumโs security perimeter.
๐ฅ If you keep all tickets on your phone, your group must enter the stadium together.
๐ Travel to Salzburg
Citizens from the United Kingdom need a valid passport that meets the entry requirements for the Schengen Area. At the border, expect biometric checks (fingerprints and photo) under the EUโs new Entry/Exit System (EES).
โ ๏ธ Book in advance
The Salzburger Festspiele, a world-famous music and arts festival, takes place at the same time as the UEFA Super Cup. While this creates a great atmosphere, accommodation and transport options can fill up quickly, so we recommend booking early to secure the best options.
Salzburg Airport (SZG) is located around 10km from the city centre and has direct commercial flights to selected European destinations. The airport is well connected to Salzburg Main Station and city centre by bus.
Commercial flight connections to Salzburg are limited compared to larger European hubs. Depending on your departure city, it may be easier to fly into Munich, Vienna, or another city in Austria and continue your journey to Salzburg by train.
