⚙️ How it works

Every ticket holder will receive an email with some key instructions:

1. Download the app
2. Log in* with your email address
3. Enter the registration code received via email
4. Enter your ticket owner data for each ticket on the VIVATICKET portal using the correct fiscal seal. The fiscal seal is a unique code each ticket is linked to.

Step 4 is mandatory and required by the Italian public authorities.

*⚠️ Once logged in on one phone, you will not be able to access your tickets from another phone.

‼️ Entering your data on VIVATICKET

  • All ticket holders (including children) must provide their personal data, as required by Italian law.
  • Each of your tickets is linked to a unique code (fiscal seal), and the correct personal details must be associated with it. The fiscal seal will be sent to you by email and is also available on your mobile ticket on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app.
  • You must provide or update your information by 15:00 CEST on 13 August 2025 using this portal.
  • After this deadline, no transfers and changes can be made.
  • Your ID will be checked at the stadium, and if your ticket details don’t match, you won’t be allowed in.
  • ⚠️ If you don't provide your data before this deadline, your match ticket will not be valid.

  • If you wish to keep all tickets on your phone, make sure you follow the steps to enter your data on VIVATICKET for each ticket you keep.
  • On matchday, remember to bring your phone and make sure it's fully charged.

🤔 FAQs

Why can't I see the QR code on my ticket?

The QR code will appear on matchday and will only be valid after entering your ticket holder data on VIVATICKET. You will see "QR code not yet available" on your ticket(s) until the day of the match.

Why can't I see the ticket owner data on my ticket?

If you can't see your ticket owner data simply tap “IMPORTANT: TICKET OWNER DATA REQUIRED” on your mobile ticket and follow the instruction in the VIVATICKET portal. It may take a few minutes before mobile tickets are updated with ticket owner data.

I've got two mobile phones. Can I use both of them to access the tickets?

Each and every ticket can only be accessed on one mobile phone device. You can't be logged into two devices with the same email address. Once logged in on one phone, you will not be able to access your tickets from another phone. Account sharing is not possible.
