All tickets are mobile and will be delivered via the UEFA Mobile Tickets app a few days before the match. If you’re unable to resolve your issues before arriving in Salzburg, you can head to the Ticketing Centre near the stadium. You will find opening hours and location here.

What time should I arrive at the stadium?

Gates will open at 18:00 for a 21:00 kick-off. We recommend arriving at the stadium 3 hours before the start of the match to allow sufficient time for ticket and security checks.

Do I have to use the entrance stated on my ticket?

Yes, you must use the specific entrance listed on your mobile ticket.

Once I enter the stadium, can I leave and come back in?

Re-entry is not permitted. If you choose to leave the stadium, you will not be allowed back in.

If I’m late to the match, can I still enter after kick-off?

You’ll still be allowed to enter the stadium as long as the security situation allows it. However, entrances may close at some point during the game, and you may not be permitted entry. Start your journey well in advance and allow additional time for security and ticket checks.

Is there a minimum age to attend the match?

Ticket holders under the age of 16 can only enter the stadium with an accompanying adult. The accompanying adult must have a valid match ticket.

Do children need a match ticket?

Yes, everyone must hold a valid match ticket to enter the stadium. There are no exceptions.

What size flags and banners am I allowed to bring inside the stadium?

You can bring flags or banners that are a maximum of 2m x 1.5m and flagpoles that are a maximum of 1m long and 1cm in diameter.

What kind of flags and banners can I bring into the stadium?

You can bring any flag or banner you like as long as they comply with the stadium rules and are not of an offensive, political or discriminatory nature.

Flags and banners must be made from materials that are deemed to be non-flammable and comply with local law requirements.

All items must meet the general size requirements for flags, flagpoles or banners outlined above.

Can I smoke inside the stadium? What about e-cigarettes?

Smoking is prohibited inside the stadium. This policy includes e-cigarettes and heat-not-burn tobacco products.

Can I bring a bag into the stadium?

We strongly recommend not bringing a bag with you on matchday. Bags larger than A4 size won’t be allowed inside the stadium.

Can I bring my own food and drink inside the stadium?

No food or drink can be brought into the stadium. This includes drinks containers, whether full or empty.

I need to bring an item from the prohibited list for medical reasons. Does it need to be requested in advance?

Yes, it needs to be requested in advance. If you need to bring something for medical reasons that’s not permitted according to the stadium rules, please get in touch with the UEFA ticketing customer service to request an exemption. This should be done at least 48 hours before the match.

Will alcohol be allowed at the stadium?

Yes, beer is sold at the stadium.
