Duisburg confirm Holl signing

UEFA Women's Cup semi-finalists FCR 2001 Duisburg have signed the 26-year-old German international goalkeeper Ursula Holl on a two-year deal from from Frauen-Bundesliga rivals SC 07 Bad Neuenahr.

UEFA Women's Cup semi-finalists FCR 2001 Duisburg have signed German international goalkeeper Ursula Holl on a two-year deal from SC 07 Bad Neuenahr.

Two caps
The 26-year-old will join at the beginning of next season from Duisburg's Frauen-Bundesliga rivals and will hope to add to her two Germany caps. Holl, the German No2 behind 1. FFC Frankfurt's Nadine Angerer, won the UEFA Women's Cup in 2002 and 2006 with Frankfurt as well as four domestic championships. Duisburg host Olympique Lyonnais in the second leg of their semi-final on Sunday, with the scores level at 1-1.
