ASD TORRES CALCIO 9-0 TRABZONSPOR
Salvatore Arca, Torres coach
My team played well and played strongly. Slovan [who they beat 1-0 on Matchday 1] are much stronger team than Trabzonspor. Despite having already won the tournament we will do our best in the last match with Krka.
Elisabetta Tona, Torres player
We knew the games was important for us which gave us good motivation. It was a good game. I hope we will keep playing well on the third game.
Hakan Yılmaz, Trabzonspor coach
Congratulations to Torres for an excellent game. It shows that they have worked harnd and they ares well organised. For us to win in this match would have been a miracle. We did the best we could.
Özlem Önder, Trabzonspor player
We are a very young team and we did our best and followed the instructions of the coach. I am sure with a few years of hard work we will be on the same level as Torres.
FK SLOVAN DUSLO ŠAĽA 2-2 ŽNK KRKA
Milan Mrllak, Slovan coach
It was a good game. Unfortunately our opponents scored in the last minutes of the first half. We played better in the first half and Krka in the second half. Krka are a good team. For us the game represented good experience. I am pleased with our good performance and one point. Congratulations to Krka for their performance. We all respect Torres, I believe Torres are a much stronger team because they have played together for a long time and have some excellent individuals.
Boris Devetak, Krka coach
Congratulations to Slovan their performance. The two halves were very different. We decided to rely on strong defence and pressure up front from the start but the team did not run as much as they should which is why Slovan were doing well. Both goals came out of set-pieces. Half-time worked in our favour. We tried to do down the wings and the middle. However after going 2-0 down it was hard to get back in the game. I would like to thank my team for not giving up. We will do our best on Tuesday against Torres. We will not give up.
Polonca Govek, Krka player
Our morale is now better but we still did have not got over the loss to Trabzonspor. We had the ball most of the time, but we did not take advantage of our opportunities. Against Torres we will keep on fighting to prove that we deserve to play on this tournament.
