AC Sparta Praha are the last team through to the UEFA Women's Champions League round of 16 after completing a comfortable 6-0 aggregate success against WFC SFK 2000 Sarajevo.

Having won 3-0 a fortnight ago, Sparta were in a dominant position going into the return leg in Prague and matched that scoreline at FK Viktoria Žižkov  Stadium. Lucie Voňková, a scorer in the first game, struck after ten minutes and late on Lucie Martínková – who got the other two goals in Sarajevo – and 18-year-old substitute Nikola Danihelková rounded off the victory.

Sparta, in the last 16 for the fourth year running, now take on Russian champions FC Rossiyanka as the Czech contenders attempt to make their first quarter-final since 2005/06. Other ties in the next round include the meeting of former champions Arsenal LFC and 1. FFC Potsdam, holders Olympique Lyonnais playing debutants FK Zorkiy Krasnogorsk, and a repeat of last year's fixture in which 2003 runners-up Fortuna Hjørring were eliminated by Göteborg FC.
