Slavia Praha will aim to bounce back from their narrow loss on Matchday 1 in Group B at home to Wolfsburg, who ended the Czech side's hopes of a UEFA Women's Champions League semi-final spot in 2017/18.
The Czech champions were beaten 1-0 by fellow group stage debutants Roma on 20 October. Marjolen Nekesa went closest for the visitors, hitting the crossbar with a looping shot with just over seven minutes remaining.
Wolfsburg secured an emphatic 4-0 Matchday 1 home success against St. Pölten, only Real Madrid (33) having more shots across the opening group fixtures than Die Wölfinnen's 26. Ewa Pajor struck twice in the opening 15 minutes, with Lena Lattwein and Jill Roord both finding the net after the break.
The sides crossed paths in the 2017/18 quarter-finals, a campaign that equalled Slavia's best UEFA Women's Champions League performance. Wolfsburg triumphed in emphatic fashion, despatching the Czech side 6-1 on aggregate (5-0 h, 1-1 a) en route to reaching the final, where they lost in extra time to Lyon.
The She-Wolves raced into an early two-goal lead in the first leg in Germany in March 2018, courtesy of quickfire strikes from Pernille Harder (12) and Caroline Graham Hansen (13). Sara Björk Gunnarsdóttir added a third six minutes before the break, Harder (58) and Ewa Pajor (85) completing the scoring after the interval.
In the return leg in Prague six days later, Slavia took the lead on the half-hour through Petra Divišová, Pajor's 68th-minute effort levelling for the visitors.

Divišová hit six goals as Slavia reached the quarter-finals of the 2018/19 UEFA Women's Champions League, featuring in all nine matches in their run to the last eight, where they were beaten 6-2 on aggregate by Wolfsburg's domestic rivals Bayern München.
