Wolfsburg forward Ewa Pajor leads the UEFA Women's Champions League Top Scorer race after the group stage with seven goals.

On Thursday of Matchday 5, Barcelona's Aitana Bonmatí and Benfica's Cloé Lacasse pulled within one of the leader, but neither scored the next week and Pajor added another in Wolfsburg's last group game. Chelsea's Sam Kerr also moved on to five in their final match before the knockout phase. Of the four leaders only Lacasse's side have not advanced to the quarter-finals.

Bonmatí did reach five assists on Matchday 6, going level with Chelsea's Guro Reiten. The total of ten goal contributions (goals and assists combined) for Bonmatí is the new leading tally.

The contest to succeed the injured Alexia Putellas at the top of the scoring charts this season is hotting up. Pajor ended one short of club-mate Tabea Wassmuth's mark of eight goals in the 2021/22 group stage.
