The 2025/26 quarter-finals are approaching in UEFA Women's Champions League Fantasy Football, and managers have the opportunity to refresh their squads with access to unlimited transfers before the ties kick off.
Barcelona, Bayern München, Chelsea and OL Lyonnes return to action having skipped the knockout phase play-offs by progressing straight to the last eight, so league phase top performers including Alexia Putellas, Wendie Renard and Lucy Bronze are once again able to add to their Fantasy tallies.
We look at some of Fantasy's highest scorers who could feature in the quarter-finals, broken down by position, with the first legs taking place on Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 March and the second legs on Wednesday 1 and Thursday 2 April.
Goalkeepers
Manchester United's Phallon Tullis-Joyce (€5.5m, 34 points) and Wolfsburg's Stina Johannes (€4.9m, 29 points) have overtaken Barcelona's Cata Coll (€6.0m, 24 points) as the leading scorers, having boosted their totals in her absence with strong performances in the knockout phase play-offs.
Coll is currently recovering from knee surgery so her involvement in Barça's last eight tie with Real Marid is uncertain, but Christiane Endler (€5.4m, 18 points) is set to build on her successful league phase with OL Lyonnes.
Defenders
Wendie Renard (€6.1m, 43 points) remains the second-highest-scoring defender in Fantasy, despite OL Lyonnes not being involved in the knockout phase play-offs, and she is familiar with her side's quarter-final opponents having been on the winning side several times against Wolfsburg.
Only Manchester United captain Maya Le Tissier (€5.8m, 54 points) has accumulated more points than Renard, having played three more matches. Lucy Bronze (€5.4m, 42 points) is only a point behind Renard, and will be aiming to pick up from where she left off in the league phase when Chelsea face London rivals Arsenal.
Midfielders
Bayern's Klara Bühl (€8.7m, 52 points) remains Fantasy's best-performing midfielder, but the Germany international is an injury doubt for the quarter-finals.
Real Madrid's Caroline Weir (€5.7m, 49 points) and Linda Caicedo (€7.2m, 48 points) overtook Alexia Putellas (€10.2m, 46 points) in Barcelona's absence during the knockout phase play-offs, but the two-time Ballon d'Or winner will be looking to add to her impressive tally in all-Spanish encounter.
Forwards
Pernille Harder (€6.9m, 39 points) will hope to add to her five goals from the league phase when Bayern return to competition against Manchester United, while Melchie Dumornay (€6.3m, 39 points) is set to face Wolfsburg with OL Lyonnes, and has four goals this campaign.
Popular pick Alessia Russo (€10.6m, 57 points) moved into the lead as both the top Fantasy points scorer in all positions and highest goalscorer with her strong performances for Arsenal during the knockout phase play-offs, while Manchester United's Melvine Malard (€6.8m, 42 points) boosted her tally with a strong contribution in the last round against Atleti to move ahead of Harder and Dumornay.
What are the rules and deadlines?
The Fantasy deadline for Matchday 9 is Tuesday 24 March at 18:45 CET, the kick-off time in Wolfsburg vs OL Lyonnes, so managers planning to include players from those two teams in their squads can wait for the line-ups to be announced before making any final decisions.
There are unlimited free transfers ahead of the first legs, and a further three free transfers to use before the second legs the following week.
Don't forget to make use of up to four available substitutions between the first and second days of the first legs, as well as switching the captain's armband to a player who hasn't played yet if an initial captain doesn't score highly.
Managers will then get another chance to refresh their squads before the semi-finals through five free transfers.
