Panathinaikos FC have completed the signing of promsing left-back Minas Pitsos from OFI Crete.

Five-year deal
A fee was not disclosed but the promising 21-year-old has signed a five-year contract which will keep him with the club until 2007. Panathinaikos are currently lying in fourth place in the Ethniki Katigoria, while OFI are sixth.

Past performance
Pitsos was a graduate of OFI’s football academy and has made 22 appearances for the island club since last season, scoring twice.
