The 21-year-old will sign a four-year contract after passing a medical with the Bulgarian champions. Lima is due to link up with his new team-mates at their training camp in Germany.
High hopes
Lima, a regular in his country's Under-21 side, is set to be given the No10 shirt at his new club, formerly belonging to Metodi Deyanov who left for Greek football last season. "I am happy that I will play in Europe," Lima said. "CSKA are one of the leading teams and I hope they will qualify for the group stage of the [UEFA] Champions League."
Midfield improvement
"We have been monitoring his development for a long time, and I am very pleased to sign him," CSKA coach Stoycho Mladenov said. "He will improve our midfield significantly. He likes to get forward and is a class act."
