The Ukrainians beat off competition from several Russian clubs to land the 19-year-old midfield player, whose recent performances have helped FK Ekranas finish second in the Lithuanian title race.
International class
As well as impressing with Ekranas, Cesnauskis has also represented his country at Under-21 and senior levels, making his full debut earlier this season. Cesnauskis's older brother, Deividas, plays for FC Dinamo Moskva.
