One-year loan
The 19-year-old left-sided player has begun training with Ajax reserves under coaches John van den Brom and Fred Grim, and the Dutch club will decide in 12 months whether or not to sign Rusculleda permanently.
Terborg discovery
Rusculleda, who had been playing for the European/South American Cup holders' second team, was spotted in May in the Terborg Tournament, where Ajax scouts previously discovered Maxwell.
Sangoy loan
The Amsterdam side have also agreed a one-year loan deal for Boca's Gaston Maximiliano Sangoy. The 19-year-old, capped eleven times by Argentina Under-17, will spend the season with the Ajax reserves.
