Five-year deal
The Russian Premier-Liga champions and current leaders enter Europe's top club competition in the second qualifying round and will have Bikey in their ranks after the Cameroonian defender put pen to paper on a five-year deal.
Travelled youngster
The 20-year-old, who learned his trade in the youth academies of RCD Espanyol and FC Barcelona before starting his senior career in Portugal, moves for an undisclosed fee. Bikey played for FC Paços de Ferreira, CD Das Aves and UD Leiria before joining Shinnik ahead of the 2005 Russian season.
Delayed debut
The centre-half was sent off in his second game for Shinnik but has impressed since, scoring one goal in nine matches. Bikey can be added to Lokomotiv's Premier-Liga squad on 1 July when the transfer window opens, and could make his debut two days later against FC Terek Grozny.
