Inter bring in Portuguese 'Pelé'

FC Internazionale Milano have signed Portuguese youth international Vítor Hugo Gomes Paços from Vitória SC for an undisclosed fee.

Paços, nicknamed 'Pelé', impressed the Italian giants during the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Canada in July, where he appeared in three of Portugal's matches. The 19-year-old midfielder, who made eleven appearances in the league for Guimarães last season, has agreed a five-year contract and will wear shirt number 30 in Milan. Inter, who began their Serie A campaign with a 1-1 draw against Udinese Calcio at the weekend, will find out who they will face in the UEFA Champions League group stage on Thursday.
